Effective from 22 September 2026
These terms govern the use of the virtualesport.com platform (the “Platform”) and participation in the leagues, tournaments and events of Virtual Esport. By registering or taking part in an event you accept them. How we process your personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
1. Organiser
The Platform is operated by the organiser of Virtual Esport (the “Organiser”, “we”). Contact: virtualesport44@gmail.com and the contact form. The same email is the single point of contact for users and for public authorities under Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act). Communication is in Bulgarian and English.
2. The service
The Platform provides free of charge: registration of players and teams, registration for tournaments and events, public standings, results and statistics, news and broadcasts of the competitions. Participation in tournaments is currently free. If an entry fee is introduced for an event, the conditions will be announced in advance in its description.
3. Registration and profile
Persons aged 14 or over may register on their own. For persons under 14 a profile may be created only by a parent or guardian.
Persons aged 14 to 18 use the Platform with the knowledge and consent of a parent.
Each player has one profile. Its data must be accurate, and the nickname must not be misleading or impersonate another person.
You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for all actions taken from your profile.
The role (driver or engineer) and the discipline are chosen at registration. Engineers support the team and do not appear in the standings.
4. Teams and managers
Players can apply to join a team. The request is approved by the team manager. Managers are responsible for their team roster and for the accuracy of the data they enter. The Organiser may change rosters in case of a breach of these terms or of the event rules.
5. Tournaments and events
Each event has a description with its date, format, discipline and prize pool, if any. The specific rules of the event are published in its description and prevail over these terms in case of conflict.
Registration for an event is possible until it starts. After the start, registered participants cannot be changed through the Platform.
The Organiser may change the date, format or order of an event, or postpone or cancel it for technical reasons, too few participants or other objective circumstances, and will notify the participants.
Competitions are held in the respective games (EA SPORTS FC, EA SPORTS F1, Le Mans Ultimate, etc.). Participants must own a legitimate copy of the game and comply with its publisher’s terms of use.
6. Rules of conduct
The following are prohibited:
cheating, modified software, exploits and bugs used to gain an advantage;
match fixing, deliberately losing and playing with someone else’s profile;
insults, threats, discrimination, harassment and unsporting behaviour towards participants, referees and viewers;
uploading content that breaks the law or infringes the rights of others;
attempts to access other profiles or the Platform administration, and any action that disrupts its operation.
7. Sanctions
In case of a breach, depending on its seriousness, the Organiser may: issue a warning, cancel a result or points, disqualify a participant or team from an event, or restrict or suspend a profile. For any restriction affecting you, we will notify you with a clear statement of reasons. You can challenge the decision by writing to us within 14 days of the notification.
8. Prizes
Prizes are awarded only if they are announced in the event description. The amount is stated in euro and is a gross amount.
Only participants who have not been disqualified and have followed the event rules are entitled to a prize.
Persons under 18 may take part in a tournament with a cash prize and receive the prize only with a parent’s consent. The prize is paid through the parent.
To receive a cash prize, the winner provides: full name, Bulgarian personal or foreigner number (for foreign persons - their tax number), address and bank account (IBAN). The data is used only for the payout and for tax obligations.
For Bulgarian tax residents, the Organiser withholds a final tax of 10% under the Bulgarian Personal Income Tax Act. Foreign winners may be asked for a certificate of tax residence. Any other tax obligations in the winner’s country are the winner’s responsibility.
The prize is paid by bank transfer within 45 days of receiving the complete data. If the winner does not provide their data within 30 days of the end of the event, the prize may not be paid.
Prizes cannot be exchanged for another prize unless the Organiser decides otherwise.
9. Broadcasting and publicity
Races and matches may be streamed live (Twitch and other platforms), recorded and published in news and on the Virtual Esport social media. By taking part you accept that your nickname, team, results and in-game image may be shown in these broadcasts and publications. Results, standings and statistics are public. If you use a camera or microphone during a broadcast, this happens only with your knowledge.
10. Game statistics
Some statistics (for example for EA SPORTS FC Pro Clubs) are downloaded automatically from the game publisher’s servers. They may be incomplete, delayed or inaccurate if the publisher’s service is not working. The Organiser may correct them manually. The official results are those confirmed by the Organiser.
11. User content
When you upload a picture, logo or other content, you confirm that you have the right to use it and you give us a free right to display it on the Platform and in Virtual Esport publications while it remains uploaded. We may remove content that breaks the law or these terms.
12. Reporting illegal content
If you believe there is illegal content on the Platform, send us a notice through the contact form or to virtualesport44@gmail.com. Please include: the exact address (URL) of the content, why you believe it is illegal, your name and email, and a statement that the notice is made in good faith and is accurate. We will confirm receipt, review the notice without undue delay and inform you of our decision.
13. Trademarks and no affiliation
Virtual Esport is an independent league. It is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by Electronic Arts Inc., Formula One Licensing B.V. and the other companies of the Formula 1 group, Motorsport Games Inc., Studio 397 B.V. or the Automobile Club de l’Ouest. EA SPORTS FC and EA SPORTS F1 are trademarks of Electronic Arts Inc. F1 and FORMULA 1 are trademarks of Formula One Licensing B.V. All game and competition trademarks mentioned belong to their owners and are used only to indicate which game a competition is played in.
This tournament is not affiliated with or sponsored by Electronic Arts Inc. or its licensors.
The design, the Virtual Esport logo and the content of the Platform belong to the Organiser and may not be used without its permission.
14. Liability
The Platform is provided as is. We take care to keep it running without interruption, but we are not liable for interruptions caused by hosting, the internet connection, game servers or third-party services. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law and does not affect your rights as a consumer.
15. Deleting a profile
You can ask for your profile to be deleted at any time by writing to virtualesport44@gmail.com. Your results may remain in the league history only with your nickname or anonymised. A profile with no sign-in for 24 months may be deleted or anonymised. The Organiser may delete a profile in case of a serious or repeated breach of these terms.
16. Changes to the terms
We may change these terms. In case of significant changes we will notify you on the Platform before they take effect. If you continue to use the Platform afterwards, you accept the new terms.
17. Governing law and disputes
Bulgarian law applies. Disputes are resolved by mutual agreement and, failing that, by the competent Bulgarian court. If you are a consumer, you keep your rights under the law of the country where you live and may contact your national consumer protection authority.
